Title I Program
MISSION
Title I is a federally funded program that serves students who are most in need of educational assistance through Schoolwide Programs, Targeted Assisted Programs and School Improvement Programs. Title I provides funding and supplemental services to ensure that all students have a fair, equitable and significant opportunity to obtain a high quality education and reach proficiency levels on state and national academic standards and assessments.
Working with administrators, teachers, students, and parents, Title I programs include:

- McKinney Homeless Children and Youth Program

- Supplemental Education Services

- Neglected and Delinquent
Title I services include:
- Technical Assistance
- Tutorial Programs
- Professional Development
- Additional Teachers
- Additional Instructional Support Staff (Teacher-Tutors, Reading Coaches Behavioral Interventionists, Social Workers, …)
- Technology and Technology Support
- Early Intervention
- Extended Day Services
