Local School Accounting Department
The Local School Accounting Department works with school bookkeepers/secretaries to maintain accurate financial records at the local school level; trains bookkeepers/secretaries in correct procedures for handling funds and inputting data into accounting system; conducts workshops on financial procedures and policies; imports local school financial data into central accounting system; works with State Examiners during the audit process; and audits school financial records as needed.
