In 2002, the U.S. Congress passed a new law entitled the “No Child Left Behind Act”. This law requires Montgomery Public Schools to notify each student attending a Title I school that they may request specified information about the professional qualifications of their child's teacher. Please complete and submit this Parents' Right-To Know form only if you desire this information. This form may be submitted to your child's school or it may be hand-delivered or mailed directly to the Title I Office at the address listed below. Please allow ten working days for your response.
