MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the Office of Human Resources is to recruit and professionally manage a diverse workforce of highly qualified and highly motivated employees working together to provide and sustain a high level educational program for the students of the Montgomery Public Schools.

GOAL STATEMENT

The Human Resources Office of Montgomery Public Schools strives to provide a competitive workforce that takes great pride in the professional delivery of service in their given area of employment. We seek to manage employee relations in such a way that each person in the organization feels that he/she is an essential part of the school district, regardless of disability, sex, race, religious belief, national origin, ethnic group, color, or age. We seek to meet the needs of our employees and the job-seeking public.
