MPS Safe Schools/Healthy Students Initiative Core Management Team The MPS Safe Schools/Healthy Students (SS/HS) Initiative utilizes a Core Management Team (CMT) which consists of administrators and/or their designated senior representative(s) from partner agencies in the community as required by the SS/HS Grant. The CMT acts as an advisory group, attending monthly meetings and supporting the project director in the day-to-day management of the project by serving on committees, communicating the purpose and scope of project to the community, and acting as liaisons between the project director and the community. The CMT provides guidance and focuses on the educational, emotional, social, and physical well being of children and families in the Montgomery community.
